Order No 200122624 First of all the courier could not lift the Box with the Gazebo in it, he pointed out it had 15KG on the label as the weight but weighed about 50KG, we checked all pieces were in box, the pieces had zero protection except polythene, built the frame and started the roof where on removing sections from polythene there was some damage to 7 pieces in total, emailed HoT and was told to send serial numbers of parts which we did, a week later we chased them up and they had not even read the email, told parts would be sent out following week, heard nothing again and phoned them up, no progress, into week 3 and they have sent email saying parts will be posted next Friday (26/09/2025), meanwhile frame has started to rust already.
Update 02/10/25 Some replacement parts arrived damaged and another part was not sent out, asked for a refund as the posts have rust inside them on cross beams and on welds of bracers after two weeks, HoT just gaslighting us now, apparently “fully corrosive resistant” frame should not be left in rain without the roof on.
The roof was not on because you failed to protect parts in transit and its still not on because you failed to wrap replacements to protect them, also told you part numbers in phone call and that UPS delivery driver took photo of damage on delivery then you send email asking for part numbers and picture and call the rust discolouration, the frame is not fit for purpose, bare metal inside posts will rust with moisture in the air, I would love to upload the pics of this pile of junk showing the rust so nobody else buys this Cheap Chinese junk.
