What an amazing experience. Was it quick, no but for something as significant as debt relief it shouldn’t be quick. I’ve dealt with Jacqui R for my DAS and honestly you couldn’t ask for better service. Jacqui R was so friendly, knowledgeable and insightful, she has a talent for making you feel at ease and is so wonderfully impartial and relatable that she’s able to get all the information that she needs without making the process feel intrusive or like an interrogation and before you know it there’s a solution to the problem that’s been keeping you awake at night for years. Thanks to Jacqui R I no longer avoid opening the post or answering the phone. Highly recommend.

Great experience with Trustdeed. Sharon was amazing putting my mind at ease and doing all the hard work. Always a phone call away and keeping me up to date with everything. Was worried it would be very stressful but it wasn’t. Would recommend for anyone considering help with debt. I will now be paying a manageable amount each month compared to what I was paying. There is lots of options, not just the one and you get to choose which one is best for you with the help from the team. Sharon fully explained each one to me and answered all my questions. The support I received from Sharon at Trust Deed from the outset was so reassuring. I felt overwhelmed by debt and using loans to consolidate other loans was impacting on my health. I would encourage anyone in similar circumstances to contact Trust Deed Scotland.

I had contacted them beginning on 3rd November looking for help, and to be fair there was contact immediately on day 1. However, since there has been nothing and we’re now in December, I have written a couple times asking if there’s anything further required from myself with no reply. Now this could be a situation that I’ve just been forgotten but this is the experience I had, hopefully if others contact it can go better.

She showed us our options and without any pressure helped guide us through the process. Available at times when we were, evenings and weekends she was just a star. The actual final documents have to be approved yet but I feel that even if they’re not approved we have enough info now to move forward.
