I had Jacqui that helped me from start to finish with all my questions, I had been feeling overwhelmed with everything and she helped me understand all my options best for me and was a pleasure to speak to over the phone.

Matthew has been a great help throughout this process. Making me feel at ease within my situation and has gone through each stage in detail ensuring my understanding of all my options. He has been incredibly attentive throughout and has checked in on how I have been feeling throughout the process as well, emphasising that I was comfortable with my decisions and feeling seen, heard and understood.

What an amazing organisation. I was scrambling to manage finances after our house move and had no where else to turn to. I’m so glad I picked up the phone to Trust Deed Scotland. The assistant Jaqui listen to our situation and took account of all the financial issues we were stuck in the middle of. What an amazing experience. Was it quick, no but for something as significant as debt relief it shouldn’t be quick. I’ve dealt with Jacqui R for my DAS and honestly you couldn’t ask for better service. Jacqui R was so friendly, knowledgeable and insightful, she has a talent for making you feel at ease and is so wonderfully impartial and relatable that she’s able to get all the information that she needs without making the process feel intrusive or like an interrogation and before you know it there’s a solution to the problem that’s been keeping you awake at night for years. Great experience with Trustdeed. Sharon was amazing putting my mind at ease and doing all the hard work. Always a phone call away and keeping me up to date with everything. Was worried it would be very stressful but it wasn’t. Would recommend for anyone considering help with debt. I will now be paying a manageable amount each month compared to what I was paying. The support I received from Sharon at Trust Deed from the outset was so reassuring. I felt overwhelmed by debt and using loans to consolidate other loans was impacting on my health. I would encourage anyone in similar circumstances to contact Trust Deed Scotland.

I had contacted them beginning on 3rd November looking for help, and to be fair there was contact immediately on day 1. However, since there has been nothing and we’re now in December, I have written a couple times asking if there’s anything further required from myself with no reply. Now this could be a situation that I’ve just been forgotten but this is the experience I had, hopefully if others contact it can go better.
