It may seem daunting starting the process however every step is explained, with jargon being put in simple terms to help paint a better picture of what everything means. The support from the advisors is invaluable. My advisor was Peter, who went out of his way to explain everything, answer any questions I had and also offer support at each step of the process. The phone calls at each step were professional, but also a level of informality that made it easier to go through everything. At no stage did I feel stressed or even really unsure of anything, because the support was top class. The process is quite quick, nothing felt delayed, and everything was at my own pace which added to the comfort in going through the process. Would recommend Trust Deed to anyone who wants to relieve the pressure of debt.

Matthew has been a great help throughout this process. Making me feel at ease within my situation and has gone through each stage in detail ensuring my understanding of all my options.
