They warned us to pay insurance after booking the car online. Telling us that this way we will be safe and wont have any extea charges for dents, and damages. Obviously they lied since they charged extra money, an invoice of 700+ euros, invoicing us for renting a bike (!) and a million other costs!

Esperienza estremamente negativa.
Nonostante i due rifornimenti consecutivi, con il carburante addirittura fuoriuscito dal bocchettone , mi è stato contestato un presunto “mancato pieno” perché effettivamente l’auto non ha recepito il pieno, dovuto a non so quale anomalia , e applicata la penale di 49€ senza considerare alcun elemento oggettivo, come le ricevute dei due distributori. Ho riscontrato inoltre una totale mancanza di trasparenza: contratto firmato con km non corrispondenti a quelli reali e riconsegna fatta firmare senza poter leggere ciò che veniva inserito dall’operatore.
La gestione del reclamo è stata altrettanto insoddisfacente, con un rifiuto preventivo di qualsiasi verifica. Un’esperienza che solleva seri dubbi sulla correttezza delle procedure adottate. In sintesi: tra mancati pieni, graffi invisibili, km in eccesso, pulizia auto , in qualche modo devono applicare qualche penale. A voi le conclusioni.

Bij het ophalen van de auto die vooraf al verzekerd was zetten ze druk een extra verzekering bij hun af te sluiten. I.p.v. geld reserveren op de creditcard haalden ze het er af, dit vertelde zij pas hierna. Bijna drie weken moeten wachten tot ik het terug had. Onvriendelijk personeel behalve de vrouwelijke medewerker. De vakantie begon door hun gepush gelijk negatief.

Świetny, dobrze wyposażony samochód, nie obsługa, terminowo, bez problemu przy oddawaniu samochodu.

Bei Verlängerung werden einfach Preise erfunden die nicht deklariert werden können.
Kundenservice total unqualifiziert und nicht zu gebrauchen.

Meine Kaution wurde bis heute nicht zurück gebucht, obwohl es schon knapp 3 Wochen her ist, habe es an meinen Anwalt gegeben und werde diese Firma mal durchleuchten lassen.

Nehmt euch bei jeden anderen Anbieter wie z.b. SIXT ein Auto aber Finger weg von dieser Betrüger Gesellschaft!

I hired a car from Dryyve at Milan Bergamo Airpot. the over all cost ended up being around 200 euro for 24 hours hire.
I was charged 99 euro for returning the car early, out of office hours. This clause was not pointed out to me at any point.
There is no out of office hours contact and
we had to pay for our own shuttle service back to the terminal building.
A very poor experience.

Agenzia di Roma aeroporto Fiumicino.
Pur avendo prenotato e PAGATO il noleggio, ho deciso di non ritirare l’auto senza richiedere rimborso.
Quando ho chiesto di essere riaccompagnato in aeroporto mi hanno detto di arrangiarmi.

Horrible, desde que llegamos al país donde los teníamos contratados nos inflaron el precio poniendo de excusa que no teníamos tarjeta de crédito, no habíamos sido informados en ningún momento de ello, la única solución que nos ofrecieron fue contratar el pack de seguros premium el cual tenia límite. After all the arguments that i did not smoke they charge me for smoking.
They sent me an inovice of 158 euro because they had to clean the car and told me the rest of the deposit is send to you.
Now they send me another email saying that the cleaning costs 190 euro.
True this platform does not allow to send photos othervise i would attach the inovice u send me here.

Samochód był w sam raz na nasze potrzeby: wygodny, szybki, cichy , oszczędny. Kierowca przyjechał po nas na lotnisko szybko i był pomocny. Formalności w wypożyczalni zostały załatwione zgodnie z wcześniejszymi warunkami bardzo sprawnie. Oczywiście konieczna jest karta kredytowa. Cena wynajmu jest bardzo niska. Polecam i sam skorzystam jeżeli przylecę do Bergamo. Dziękuję i pozdrawiam Tomek
