Worst service and incompetent people working at JNB Branch. Useless as I paid for airfreight to receive my shipment asap but they took more than 3 weeks just to get it to SARS then they put in xtra costs not mentioned before shipment. Will never ever use them again!!!!!!

I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. Absolutely the worst company I have ever been with. And I started out at Transam. That’s saying a lot. Dispatch is so slow they don’t pay worth a dang. They don’t give any P.C. until your there 6 months then you get a whole 14 minutes. You are sitting almost as much as driving. I’m have been sitting at the yard in waxahachie Texas since 10 am and I’m still waiting here it is going on 5 pm this place is a joke. There waiting for rush hour so I can’t make it home with my hours. Go anywhere but here

2 weeks of sitting indoors and them promising delivery will be today. Horrible horrible company, do not use at all. Just look at their reviews, disgusting the way they treat people. Helmut Schweighofer should be appalled but hey he’s getting the massive salary for causing many people to get frustrated. What a joke these people are.

Company unavailable… emails bounced, no phone number.

In a word… A worthless company with no respect for customers.

If you want angry customers, choose them as your carrier.

I received a package from Lithuania and they delivered.
I give them the second star for delivery time.
The delivery experience is worse or equal to none.
I found my expensive package in front of my door. Is 6 meters away from the street. Anyone can take my package and live. No notice of delivery, only a message that “today” I will receive my order. If you whant to track the order…is in Germany.

DB is already the worst company in Germany. And their delivery service is the worst of the worst. They left my package outside of the building and they left me with the freaking wooden pallet. Why would anyone do it???!!! And above all my item got damaged by these guys!! Never ever go for these guys!

A delivery nightmare! The package has been sitting in a warehouse in Krakow since 23.12.2023, and no one can explain why. Original delivery date: 30.12, suddenly moved to 07.01 without any explanation.
Customer service is tragic – the helpline is a waste of time. Automated emails with information about subsequent delays are the height of insolence. Their slogan “On time. On site. For sure.” is a complete joke!
Because of such “services”, I spent the holidays without the ordered equipment. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST working with this company. The worst experience with a courier company in my life. If you can, choose ANY other courier company.

Staff very helpful, sadly for some reason this company had decided it needs to charge a fee for me to do business with them £25.00 set up fee. I have no problem with paying customs and duty etc. If I charged all my new customers a fee to buy from us I would not be in business. I understand this is a new fee- could I advise the senior management that this leaves a bitter taste in todays difficult climate. I will avoid importing via DB Schenker if possible.

If you are considering using dbschenker Germany for your next shipping, please don’t. They have no idea what they are doing. So far they have spent 6 days moving my shipment a few hundred km in Germany, the shipment should have arrived on the 12/8 in Frederikshavn Denmark and the new delivery date is set for 15/8 but that is not going to happen because they just informed me that it is just stranded at a new terminal and their excuse is that they are on a summer working schedule….. Like I give a damn shouldn’t be my problem. Amateurs , stay away from dbschenker .
18/8 still stranded, hasn’t moved an inch since last . I am considering going to the police and accuse db schenker of theft .

If I could give them zero stars I would. We are waiting for a very important shipment from Spain. It was supposed to arrive last Tuesday but the outbound flight was cancelled without notice. I found out by checking their tracking but they didn’t formally notify us until 2 days later. Then they rebooked it on 2 flights this weekend to arrive Monday morning. I just found out it never left the warehouse. Schenker assured me on Friday everything was on track. They lied! Now I question anything they say and I wonder if they lost the shipment. Do not use them. They are unreliable and outright lie.
