The driver or delivery worker called me…

The driver or delivery worker called me yesterday “we will visit 8am~13pm.” Because of this promise, i canceled my appointment and wait whole day. But they even didn’t come when they promised the schedule. I paid almost 200 euro for this bad customer services. Really not recommend.

Diabolical Customer Service

We imported a pallet from our Manufacturers in Italy only for DB Schenker to double entry and invoice us twice we have paid but they wont deliver goods.
Faceless customer service that do not respond avoid at all costs much better shipping agents out there.

Delivery team in Strasbourg

Delivery team in Strasbourg, France. They are very RUDE. An impatient delivery driver yelled at me for being just 3 minutes late to take my package at the door, even throwing the invoice on the ground for me to pick up. I’ve never experience this level of rudeness before.

I’ve read a lot of negative reviews

I’ve read a lot of negative reviews, but our personal experience was completely different—and frankly, we’re very pleased.

Our order was shipped from France to Ireland by sea, and we could easily track all the updates on the DB SCHENKER website—everything was simple and reliable.

Delivery to Dublin took 11 days, and the packaging was perfectly intact. Everything was handled with care and respect for the customer.

Although the tracking system showed an estimated delivery date of October 15-21, we received our order today—October 10, 2025!

That’s why we give them 5 stars.
In our experience, they truly deserve it—for their hard work, reliability, and excellent service.

For those who are waiting and feeling uncertain — here’s my advice.
DB SCHENKER doesn’t always send automatic updates, so don’t worry if you don’t receive emails from them.

You’ll only need your tracking number.
Go directly to their official website, click “Get shipment update”, enter your email address, and you’ll receive the most accurate information about where your shipment currently is.

You can also check the shipment history, where all movement details are clearly shown:)))

Disorganized, predatory, and deeply frustrating experience

We recently imported a bathtub from Germany. The vendor had prepared all the required documents with care, and everything went smoothly—until the crate arrived in the U.S. That’s when DB Schenker took over, and the process fell apart.

From the moment they got involved, they started bombarding us with new questions every few hours. Despite the vendor’s meticulous documentation, they immediately made it clear that we would be incurring storage overcharges until their internal process was complete. It felt predatory from the start—and unfortunately, that was just the beginning.

Nearly two weeks later, we’re still stuck at the same point. Multiple emails per day, a long and growing list of people copied in, and never any clarity on who is actually responsible. When you call, no one is at their desk. Communication is fragmented and inefficient at best.

We’ve responded to every single email within minutes. We’ve been in business for over 15 years and occasionally import goods, although we’re not a dedicated importer—but I have never experienced anything this disorganized or stressful. It has cost us time, money, and a great deal of unnecessary aggravation.

Would not recommend. Proceed with caution.

Truly awful

Truly awful. After pretending not to know where to deliver (an obvious warehouse with people working inside), they informed me there was nobody there, and they decided to stop tracking the shipment altogether. The tracking number no longer works. This is from dealing with the German branch in Dresden.

The first time I have received such egregious service from a logistics company. First time using them. Made the mistake once. Never again.

As a worker I have to say this is, hands down, top 5 worst companies I’ve worked for . From foreign workers who don’t need to learn German because Teamleader and shift leader are Ukrainian and put every Gipsy working there to save them from the war I guess, to the amazing smell if weed and alcohol from some of the workers . Really, one month was more than enough….

This company need verify all supervisors and operations plus the HR in New berlin Wisconsin,This company hired a bad people with attitude,people like others company fired but this company hired that people like a good candidate but right now people quitting because have bad operation manager in the second shift,He try to cover a lady her back when he know she disrespected a supervisor in multiple times and disrespected workers in multiple time too and she is nothing in the company but the operation manager his name is Charle try tu push her to supervisor when he know she had a lot of problem there plus the HR say give me time to resolve this but she no do nothing that chair is too big for her,..

Packet is 8 hours by drive away in…

Packet is 8 hours by drive away in Europe, and connected by road and rail. It has been 9 days now.
I could have picked up the package and driven home with it 9 times over by now. They suggested to me as a solution to this issue to use UPS. On Monday, I am going to drive to the Warehouse it is presently sitting at 100km away, where it will have been for 4 days by then and pick it up myself. It was an insured package costing almost 100 Euro for transport, it weighs 6kg and is 2m long.

This is the second time problems

This is the second time that I’ve had issues with this provider, The first was a delivery last year and it took more than double the time to get to me.
Now I’m waiting for a delivery it says it’s in their warehouse. They say they’ve given it to another delivery service. I’ve contacted their delivery service and they don’t say they don’t have it.
This seems to be normal with them and I recommend comp do not use them for shipping
It is incredible in this stage. They do not give information. You have to find a telephone number online and eventually you can’t get an answer.
