Produce is always very fresh.
I’ve never had an issue with delivery.
Out of all the years I’ve been ordering, I think I had one item missing from a box & when I notified the helpdesk I was issued with a credit straightaway.

The vegetables are not very fresh, recently carrots and beans have not been fresh. Also, some key packet sauce ingredients have been missing. However, the recipes are interesting and tasty and the laksa and soup recipes are yum in winter.

Not so much the food but the delivery service is applauding. Have specific delivery instructions to leave under the carport out of the weather. Every second delivery the driver ignores the instructions and leaves it in the weather when if they walked 3 more steps they would have followed the instructions.

Tasty and healthy range of meals to order. Easy delivery. Environment-friendly packaging. Happy tummies!

Marley Spoon is great that you don’t have to think about what you’re going to cook, but I find the vegetables are old, especially as you don’t get through the week sometimes and you have to throw them out. With the cost of living these days is hard to pay for Markey

Really enjoying Marley Spoon so far. My first ever meal delivery experience. Deliveries have always been on time with fresh produce. Love the A4 menu templates and phone app for ease of service and rating meals.
Only feedback is some of the meal times take me 10-15 mins longer.

I signed up for a trial which was meant to cost $26 and chose two meals I wanted to try. The amount at checkout was considerably higher. I eventually realized one of the recipes was “deluxe” and they charged extra so I changed to a standard recipe. However, each time I attempted to check out, the website defaulted back to the higher price option. I tried to cancel the trial, but it was somehow already “too late” (though I had signed up minutes before). Fair enough, so I tried to call. Their customer service number was a deadend voicemail saying “please use our web form” which when completed sent an email saying they’d get back to me in 72 hours. Not helpful since I had an order question and the order would have shipped by then. In any case it took me 3-4 emails, a threat to contact BBB and I finally got an email back. I tried to explain and requested a partial refund for the item I had tried to change out for a less expensive one. I was assured by the customer service agent that the snafu was entirely my fault and flatly told they would not be offering any refund. AVOID.

I am not happy with the quality of the fresh ingredients. You need to be take more care making sure that the ingredients are not good quality before picking and sending.
Your packers are putting heavy items on top of light items in the brown bags are the items are getting damaged or bruised

All good but disappointed that Sesame Chicken Wings and Vietnamese-Style Pork Dumpling Soup
no longer seem to feature on the menu.

I initially loved ordering Marley Spoon for the convenience. As time progressed, I noticed they were missing key ingredients and twice they forgot to pack me chicken. I find the serving size is so tiny that we end up having to make extra food after dinner. The portions are quite small. We love flavour in our food so I found I was always having to add extra soy sauce, sauces in general, more garlic to the meals for the flavour to come out. If I was a person who didn’t have these things on hand, the food can be bland and that’s not what we pay for. For toppings like spring onions for eg they give one tiny sprig – give us more!

Do Not Sign UP!!!!!!!Out of the blue I got a charge through my paypal account which I rejected. PayPal said that Marley Spoon had delivered. I didn’t order from them and going into my profile, they have my old address, which I moved from over four years ago. I’ve tried to ring them to ask for delivery proof and you just hang on the phone. I’m now out of pocket for nearly $80. In response to the response!! I did call and just got music for over half an hour. I have sent an email and no response. I have not used my account for four + years. As I said, check my profile and it has our old address, which we moved from over 4 years ago. Reading the reviews I’m not the only one this has happened too. Please respond to my email at least

Ordering is simple, delivery has been good, selection of recipes is great, and the size of the portions are large.
