When I tried to return the item I bought even though they took the money for shipping they just kept showing me the same error “Unable to submit the return” and it happened multiple times

I have send the parcel, and they are stated ONE price, but few weeks after they send me email that I have to pay more, because my parcel is BIGGER than what I stated.
But is is a total lie!
I knew that such companies always lie to people and even did videos of measurements!
I highly recommend avoid this company.

I like this service a lot! It’s really difficult to arrange a parcel pickup (gls or dpd) by yourselve. So I usually using Furgonetka.pl. Thank you! I have got 8 parcels already. Everything fine and on time!

PS. People, what’s wrong with you? If the parcel is delayed it’s because of delivery companies. Furgonetka is just an agent service.

This company as a really bad Customer Service – they do not take any action against their carriers even when you provide evidence they did something against the rules. At the same time, they just forward you additional (and not justified) costs from carriers and do not care to explain why

Edit: Furgonetka asked to pay them because DPD didn’t deliver the package and send back to the sender without our consent in this decision, just said to us that the package will be delivered without problem. Now they are reaching us to ask money because DPD ask them to pay the delivery. Such a circus of company.

While they may be fine when everything goes smoothly, their lack of support and responsiveness in times of need left me disappointed and frustrated. I would advise potential customers to consider other options with better customer support, especially if you want reliable assistance when facing problems with your shipments.
