It’s been over a month since I made my purchase in March, and I’m still left without a resolution from uetronics regarding the defective earbuds. Despite reaching out to them multiple times and diligently providing all requested information, I’ve yet to receive a replacement or refund.

The frustration mounts as we enter May, with no sign of progress or even acknowledgment from the company. This lack of accountability and customer care is deeply disappointing.

As a consumer, I expect better service and follow-through, especially considering the 2-year warranty promised with the product. At this point, it’s clear that uetronics has failed to uphold their end of the bargain, leaving me without functioning earbuds and out of pocket.

I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this seller on eBay, and I will continue to pursue a resolution, whether that be a replacement or a full refund, until my issue is resolved.

I blame eBay for they should make the sellers accountable.

Update: The company came through after I made my review and the replacement earbuds work! Thank you.

J’utilise ebay depuis très très longtemps et j’en suis satisfait, toutefois il m’ai arrivé des soucis lors d’achat et j’ai trouvé que leurs assistance n’était pas à la hauteur, remboursement extrêmement long d’une somme importante et interlocuteur téléphonique agressif.
D’où les 4 au lieu des 5 .
Toutefois cette plate-forme reste pour moi l’une des meilleures quand on cherche l’introuvable.

Mi trovo bene da venti anni con eBay Italia. Sono sconvolto da tutte queste recensioni negative. Quando è spuntato un problema eBay me lo ha risolto. E dove non poteva ci ha pensato PayPal.

In 2023/4 I’m finding about 1 in 5 (20%) of eBay purchases to be absolute garbage offered by dodgy sellers who’ll do ANYTHING to avoid their refund/replacement responsibilities (esp. postage). That said, eBay has ALWAYS resolved my issues in a professional, timely and transparent manner.

eBay’s a mixed bag, but I’ve had mostly good experiences. Found a vintage watch I’d been hunting for at a decent price, and the seller was super responsive. Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but it arrived in perfect condition. That said, I’ve learned to double-check seller ratings every time some listings can definitely be misleading.

Bin echt nicht begeistert, aber immer wieder gute Angebote.

Ud fra det jeg har læst. Så vil jeg bare lige sige at prøver i på at snyde mig så vil i få det på god amerikansk maner med en advokat i nakken, og med dem i har snydt.

Så se af at få styr på jeres sager inden det går galt.

Langsam wird wirklich was aus ebay. Die früheren Zeiten voller Betrug und mühsamem, komplizierten Seitenaufbau gehören langsam der Vergangenheit an. Auch die Lieferungen sind sehr schnell.

eBay is awesome. But USPS where my packages all seem to ship through when I buy on eBay is terrible. They never drive past my mailbox which is 30 minutes from my house. I have to either schedule redelivery and specify I want my packages directly to me or pay $20 in gas each time I have to drive into town to get packages. eBay should stop using USPS and have packages shipped by FedEx only. I never have issues with FedEx.

I bought a pill cutter and wrote a 1* review 2 days ago. I am revising my review to 4 *s because ebay came through promptly with a refund for me in spite of the problems i had trying to file a claim.

I cant understand the so -called new system of emails, and i DEPLORE the fact that it is now impossible to talk to someone on the phone. I dont know how much i will use ebay in the future ecause of the negative changes. But i DO appreciate the prompt refund back to my account.

Been using eBay for many years with hardly any problems.
However I do get annoyed by having regularly (every 2-3 weeks) to go through several stages of login in by proving who I am.
Also the “views” on selling items is not correct. This is a minor issue but I rather have no counter than one telling me 0 when I know there have been several people who opened my listing to look at the item ….
eBay can be improved but most of it is working well.

Buyer protection guarantee has helped me out a few times recently. alway refunded no issues
