No problem with my goods

I’ve used eBay for about 20 years. Like most users i’ve had good, bad and indifferent experiences as a buyer and seller.

eBay have always tried to do the right thing as far as i am concerned. They have stood their ground with an abusive seller trying to fob me off with shoddy goods and been helpful with various problems with buyers. No they aren’t perfect but they don’t deserve the all out shellacking they are getting here

Per milioni di transazioni giornaliere che vanno a buon fine, gli unici che recensiscono sono gli utenti insoddisfatti del servizio. Ma io devo spezzare una lancia a favore di Ebay, da sempre l’unico marketplace MONDIALE per vendere prodotti di nicchia o da collezione con la garanzia di una tutela nel servizio.
E se le cose a volte vanno storte, nella mia esperienza al 99% è colpa degli utenti, non di ebay stessa. Siate obiettivi!

A major business platform-am amazed by the so low rating score-, was ok to sell items but when you need to get efficient help from the support, you have to wait and sometimes it’s impossible.
For example, when i wanted to change my Iban for another one, they didn’t want to recognize…an official document from the Bank ! Therefore, could be better service for such a major e-business platform

Personally I think eBay is a good platform to sell yes they favour the buyer but they do try to help the sellers to. The only issue I have with eBay is there item specifics there’s so many of them and half of them are nothing to do with the item your selling

eBay has allot of negative things to get through , but at the end of the day they have always made things right . Buying here is worth it in general .

I ordered a few items from eBay last week and everything arrived on time, well-packed, and exactly as described. The process was smooth and communication was clear — happy with the overall experience.

Il ragazzo del call center di Ebay, mi ha telefonato per capire il motivo di alcune mie osservazioni che avevo mosso riguardo un ordine per il quale avevo richiesto spedizione combinata, chiedendo il costo al venditore che non mi ha risposto. Nel contempo Ebay in automatico mi ricordava che dovevo pagare perchè , appunto, mi ero impegnato. Dal mio punto di vista non è così che può funzionare: chiedo un preventivo delle spese di spedizione combinata, ma se non arriva (come è stato) o se arriva ma non mi conviene, ho diritto ad annullare l ‘ordine. In seguito alle mie risposte, ho ricevuto appunto la telefonata dal call center di assistenza clienti e ci siamo chiariti.

eBay è stato il primo sito dove ho iniziato a comprare prima di Amazon dal momento che facevo bonifico (qui si può) e nn avevo una carta di credito, sono sempre stata soddisfatta, spesso trovi occasioni e prezzi contenuti e quando ho ricevuto uno smartwatch difettoso sono stata subito rimborsata… continuerò a comprare da ebay

Per chi sa come contattare telefonicamente ebay con circa 2/3minuti, trovi sempre consulenti, adetti ecc,,gentili, pazienti e attenti a risolvere il tuo problema, al 90% con successo, riguardo al 10% truffatori come (millepieghe_motoricambi) e (kabukicatjapan) che ti vendono oggetti che non anno, tipo ordine:
20-10252-69684 sottraendo il mio denaro e dopo 5 minuti mandano un messaggio, Ciao, Gino. Purtroppo il venditore ha dovuto annullare l’ordine per la seguente ragione: L’acquirente ha chiesto di annullare l’ordine. Ecco il riepilogo del rimborso. Dovresti riceverlo entro 3-5 giorni lavorativi. io mi sento, osservato e truffato, che questi signori si trattengono IL MIO DENARO! per 5 giorni anche piu!

Always a relatively positive experience but I have noticed recently that a lot of cheap Chinese or fake goods are being sold here these days like Amazon. I’ve used this site for 10+ years and have gotten scammed once. Not bad. Sometimes you can find amazing deals. Not recommended when selling however, you won’t make a profit.

Su eBay riesco a vendere tanti oggetti interessanti, vintage e/o da collezione. Cerco di fare foto corrette e sincere, scrivo esattamente ciò che vendo e non ho mai avuto un problema. Rispondo agli acquirenti e spedisco con imballaggi sicuri. Personalmente non avendo esigenze di acquisto non posso contribuire a questo “lato” di eBay.

ebay bietet bei gebrauchten Waren im Auktionsmodus immer noch ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis,
wenn man als User bereit ist, Geduld zu haben und sich immer mal wieder überbieten zu lassen.
Eventuelle Fehlkäufe bei Mängeln werden ganz überwiegend kulant und Käuferfreundlich von den Verkäufern oder mit Unterstützung von ebay ausgeglichen oder einvernehmlich geregelt.
