Rafaela war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam während des gesamten Prozesses, und Kamenz, der Eigentümer, war einfach 10 – immer darauf bedacht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt, und sehr zuverlässig.
Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Anzeige: bequem, sauber, schön, in einer ruhigen Gegend und in der Nähe aller wichtigen Einrichtungen (Supermarkt, Restaurant, Bushaltestelle usw.).

I had to live in Hamburg for about I year because of my job, but I could not find an apartment at all. They answered my questions in a way that was easy to understand, even for a Japanese like me.

I paid 3000 euro deposit and after one month of checking out I still did not get my money back, eventhough the manager told me that I will get the money with-in 4 weeks, now they are telling me 3-6 months, I do not know they use my noney put it in their bank account and take interest. Please do not use this plateform they are definetly not reliable. knowing that I barely staying in the aprtment because I travel a lot due to my work and even when I checked out the apartment still smelled like newly painted, so ther is absolutly no reason for the payment dely.

From the perspective of a landlord. Citywohnen we found arrogant and condescending. When they first started out (2005), all was good; a small outfit and very willing but as they gained popularity, so did they gain in arrogance. I have a super located flat with no problem renting out (pet friendly, 75 sqm, 2 min to the main station, 1 minute to the lake. Don’t need them but thought to give them a review.

The process was seamless and fast. They showed us the apartment. We said we want to proceed. We signed the contract and moved into the apartment in no time.
